Refund/Return Policy

We must be notified within 3 days from receipt if a refund or exchange is needed. We allow up to 14 days from delivery date (based off the tracking information) to receive the product back. If we’re notified within 3 days a refund or exchange will be processed hassle free.

All refunds and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There will be no restocking fee for damaged or lost items. For any damaged items please provide photos within 3 days of receipt. Any item that is listed as damaged at the time of purchase won’t be authorized for return/exchange.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping in the event of a refund or exchange. In the event an item was damaged significantly in shipment we will cover the return shipping.

Private signings and consignments don’t qualify for any type of refund or exchange. The only exception is a talent cancellation without an established reschedule date within 60 days. We don’t issue refunds for marker color, inscription requests not being fulfilled, signature placement, misspellings, or personalization’s not being added. If a personalization or inscription was paid for and not granted this will be refunded. That is the only exception. The refund would ONLY be for the price of the inscription or personalization. We will NOT refund the total transaction. We will not grant a refund for any kind of misspelling by the talent under any circumstance.

All returns, refunds, and exchanges require the item to be in the original condition it was shipped out in. Unless it was damaged in shipping. In this event a claim will be required to be filed with the post office prior to refund.
